Our services at Bamberg Family Practice provide a comprehensive set of healthcare services including Primary Care, Children & Adolescent Health, Women's Health, and Preventive Care.

Primary Care

• Evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis.

• Acute illnesses such as skin rash, flu, respiratory infections, sinusitis, and urinary tract infection.

Preventive Care

We provide preventive care procedures such as sports, college, and annual physicals, wellness exams for men, woman and children.

Collaboration of Care with Specialists

At Bamberg Family Practice we are committed to excellence in health care.  Whenever necessary we will refer you to the appropriate specialists.  If there is an emergency situation, you will be referred to the nearest emergency room.  In case hospitalization is required for the treatment of your condition, you will be either admitted through the emergency room or directly to the hospital under the care of hospitalists.  We will follow up with your continued care with these specialist as needed.

​We accept Medicare, Medicaid, BlueCross BlueShield and other major insurance plans.  Please call us at 803-245-5168 and ask if we accept your insurance.

Co-payments are due at the time the services are rendered.  All major credit cards, cash and checks are accepted.

**This practice serves all patients regardless of inability to pay.  Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. **
