Danette McAlhaney, MD
Dr. McAlhaney graduated from College of Charleston where she received a degree in Biology and a minor in pre-med. She then graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina and did her residency at McLeod Family Medicine in Florence. She is boarded in Family Medicine and sees patients of all ages.
Bretta Kittrell, FNP
Bretta received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Clemson University in 2010. After graduating, she spent five years working in the Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Palmetto Health Richland and three years in the Operating Room at the Regional Medical Center. In 2017 she graduated from Graceland University where she specialized in family medicine and received her Master of Science in Nursing Degree.
Crystal McGuire, FNP
Crystal is a graduate of Chamberlain University with a Masters Degree in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. After spending more than 20 years in emergency medicine working as a paramedic and registered nurse, she began working in family medicine. Crystal has a love for rural health, spending her career working in local rural areas. In her free time, Crystal enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her 5 dogs.
Krysty Hutto, FNP
Krysty is a graduate from Walden University. She has been in the medical field for over 20 years. Krysty is a native of Bamberg, SC which is what drew her back to the rural area. She is able to deliver wholesome care to her patients in the community. In her free time, Krysty also enjoys spending time with her two children.
Kayla Jo Medlin, FNP
Kayla is a graduate from Lander University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and a graduate from Graceland University with a Masters of Science in Nursing. She has become a member of our Chronic Care Management program where she can help her patients obtain their healthcare goals. Kayla likes to spend her free time outdoors with her husband and child.
Holly Hoffman, FNP
Holly Hoffman holds a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, from Claflin University. With over 18 years of experience encompassing critical care, emergency medicine, management, and education, she brings a diverse skill set to our team. A native of the Bamberg/Orangeburg area, Holly enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their four boys, particularly when camping. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and is eager to partner with you on your health journey
Faren Stroman, FNP
Faren Stroman was born and raised in Bamberg, SC. She graduated from Lander University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and later attended South University, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2022. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. As a mother of three and a foster mom, she understands the importance of compassion, consistency, and meeting people where they are. She is committed to serving her community with integrity, building trusted relationships, and helping patients feel heard, cared for, and supported.
